From airport to the Centre of Prague

If you don't have your own transport, there are only two ways to get from the airport to the centre. You can take a taxi or travel by crowded bus and metro.

If you'll chose the taxi you can find a few cars standing in front of the arrival halls of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 nonstop 24 hours a day. You'll find them easily. They're yellow with sign AAA on them. Every driver should speak one of the world language. Maximum price is 28 CZK/1km. You can order taxi by phone on number 14014 or 222 333 222. If you'll ask about cheaper price, they can low it on 14,90 CZK/1km. The final price of taxi from the airport to the centre is about 540 CZK. If you'll ask for the cheaper taxi the price will be about 320 CZK.


If you'll chose the bus you have to find the station. One is in front of the Terminal 1, there you can take buses number 100, 119, 179 and at night 510 or next one is in front of the Terminal 2 with the same buses. You have to take one of these buses to underground station Dejvická. It'll take you about 24 minutes to get there.  You'll get out of the bus and go to the entrance of metro with sign of white A surrounded by green color. The main stations are Staroměstská, Malostranská, Můstek and Muzeum. These stations are connected to the centre. The main station is Muzeum. There you can find Wenceslas square - the place of night entertainment. Down from the Wenceslas squaren find all naughty girls, sex and party.
